ABOUT US

Scott Cleaners has served Oklahoma City families and professionals for generations. Established in 1965, the company has grown alongside the city itself, building a reputation for careful garment care, dependable service, and genuine relationships with customers throughout the community. For many residents across the Oklahoma City metro, Scott Cleaners has quietly become part of everyday life, helping people prepare for work, important events, family gatherings, and the countless moments that call for clothing to look its best.

The company’s modern leadership began in 1986 when Scott Davis began managing two of the family’s dry cleaning locations. As the son of Magic Services founders Malcolm and Donna Davis, Scott grew up around the business and developed a deep understanding of the garment care industry. Over the years he expanded the company while maintaining the same principles the business was founded on: careful work, dependable service, and treating every customer with respect.

Beyond the dry cleaning counter, Scott Davis is widely known for his involvement in the Oklahoma City community. He has supported numerous charitable and cultural organizations throughout the region, including co-chairing community galas, contributing to the OCU Performing Arts Academy, and serving seven years on the Oklahoma City Ballet board, including two years as Board President. His commitment to the community reflects the same philosophy that has guided Scott Cleaners for decades, building relationships and supporting the city that has supported the business.

Scott also maintains an active presence outside the business world through competitive equestrian sports. As a competitor in both the American Quarter Horse Association and the National Reining Horse Association, he has earned notable achievements including a World Championship in 1991, a Reserve World Championship in 1999, and State Championships in 2004 and 2006. That same competitive drive and dedication to excellence has shaped the standards maintained within the company.

While leadership and history matter, the daily experience customers have at Scott Cleaners is shaped by the people who work in each location. Staff members focus on providing friendly, personal service in an environment where many customers are known by name. That culture of hospitality and attention to detail has helped Scott Cleaners remain a trusted name for generations of Oklahoma City families.

Over the decades the company has also expanded its services to meet the needs of modern households. In addition to professional garment care, Scott Cleaners handles household items such as comforters, linens, large pet beds, boat seat covers, and other specialty fabrics. For leather goods and specialty items, the company works with experienced partners who can restore and clean everything from jackets and boots to saddles and other leather equipment.

As cleaning technology has advanced, Scott Cleaners has continued investing in modern equipment and processes designed to deliver excellent results while remaining mindful of environmental responsibility. These improvements allow garments and fabrics to be cleaned effectively while reducing unnecessary environmental impact.

Today Scott Cleaners continues to serve individuals, families, and businesses across the Oklahoma City metro area. From everyday garment care to specialty cleaning needs, the company remains focused on the same commitment it began with in 1965: providing reliable service, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, and earning the trust customers place in Scott Cleaners when they bring their garments in the door.

And if you happen to see Scott Davis out in the community, don’t hesitate to say hello. He enjoys meeting new people and remains deeply connected to the city and customers who have helped make Scott Cleaners a lasting part of Oklahoma City life.
